Currently, I'm a Counseling Student finishing up my MA in Counseling and licensure requirements.  The official launch of Restored Hearts Counseling of TX is scheduled for August 15th.  

Meet Tony Frasco

I believe that true restoration involves the whole person—mind, body, and soul. My path to counseling has been shaped by a deep commitment to service and the intersection of human psychology and spiritual wholeness. With a background as a Theology teacher and pilgrimage coordinator, and currently serving as the COO of the Rome Boys, I bring a unique perspective to counseling. I hold a B.A. and M.A. in Theology, as well as an M.A. in Counseling from Angelo State University. As a husband and father to seven children, I understand the complexities of family life and the profound desire to see our loved ones, and ourselves, restored to the fullness of who we were created to be.

My Approach to Individual & Marriage Counseling

Your journey and your desire for change are the most important elements of our work together. I am available for both individual and marriage counseling, offering a grounded, respectful space where your unique experiences and goals are honored. While I draw from evidence-based tools like CBT, REBT, Solution-Focused, Existential Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), these are always secondary to the therapeutic relationship we build. For those who wish to incorporate it, we can view these challenges through a Catholic lens, integrating the beauty of the faith into your path toward wholeness so your heart can find its way back to peace.
